Wheeleez WZ1-30CA-TLK 30cm PVC Beach Wheel with Twist Lock Knob

The Wheeleez WZ1-30CA-TLK 30cm PVC Beach Wheel is a replacement wheel that will fit the Wheeleez WZ1-BCF Folding Beach Cart.

The WZ1-30CA-TLK model is also equipped with the Twist Lock Knob (TLK), a knob that attaches to the 1/2'' diameter, grooved axle used on the Wheeleez Folding Beach Cart. The TLK makes it easy to attach and unattach wheels from the axle with a simple 1/4 turn of the knob. In the case of the WZ1-30CA-TLK, the TLK is actually attached to the hub so you won't lose it.

Wheeleez Tire changing procedure:
- Deflate tire
- Remove nuts from back side of wheel. (3) PVC wheel.
- Remove bolts and Bearing Retainer Rings.
- Separate Hub Halves by pulling apart gradually.
- Remove Bearings/Bushings from Hub Halves and replace if visibly worn.
- Remove old tire and discard.
- Reverse procedure for installation of new tire. Wiggle tire/hub halves to seat together.
- Inflate to proper PSI (See side of tire for correct pressure)

Hint: Change 1 tire at a time leaving other(s) assembled as reference when re-assembling.

1. 10mm adjustable socket wrench/ratchet or nut driver required to remove nuts & bolts.
2. Tire Pump
3. Low Pressure Gauge
