- Includes axel and 2 balloon wheels
- Balloon tires measure 30 cm x 11.8
- Solid aluminum axel 34 inches, 3/4 inches in diameter, with 1 inch sqaure tube.
- All hardware is stainless steel (lynch pins, washers, nuts/bolts)
- Replaces the back, large hard-plastic wheels
